McCarthy and Stone apartments

We used this to start a keep fit club in our McCarthy & Stone apartments. We now have a good following and find the exercises are excellent for our requirements

Purchased Alive and Active for the care home

I purchased Alive & Active for the care home I work in. The residents have quite bad dementia but after a bit of coaxing they attempted to do some off the exercises. They began to enjoy the workout and started to be motivated for more!

Purchased for retirement living residents

We purchased it for our retirement living residents, so that we could have gentle exercise, during the darker days of winter. We love it! The youngest member is nearly 80 years young, and the routine suits all of us very well. Simon has a lovely way of encouraging the participants, and we are looking forward to obtaining the next workout, Thank you so much!
